On mommy blogs (and not being one)

Does anyone else have this problem? I am a thirty-something who a.) is not married, b.) has no children, c.) has other responsibilities, and d.) has little "social life" to speak of. Essentially, some of the time i feel like some weird hybrid housewife. It's like I exist in this middle region where I don't want to read the blogs of the "sex and the city" crowd, the "30 something lookin' for love in the big city at my dream job" girls who I feel I don't relate with much. In some ways I relate much more with the "my house is such a mess, my cat puked on the floor and the man in the house refused to clean it, can you believe what this doctor did when i took my loved one to see him, it's perfect laundry weather" crowd- who happen to generally write mommy blogs. Except for when it annoys me, as occasionally happens, that we don't really relate because there are no children in my house. At these times the search for a blog by the middle dweller commences. Anyone know of one?? (Not that anyone reads this, anyway.)
